What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ varies by service: Private Label starts at 500 units for select formulas. OEM Manufacturing starts at 1,000 units. Custom Formulation typically requires 3,000+ units for the first production run. Contact us for specific MOQ information for your project.
How long does production take?
Private Label orders typically take 4-6 weeks from order confirmation to shipping. OEM orders take 4-8 weeks depending on complexity. Custom Formulation adds 3-6 months of development time before production. Repeat orders are faster — usually 2-3 weeks.
Can I get samples before placing a full order?
Yes. We provide samples for all projects before full production. For Private Label, samples from our existing catalog are available within 1-2 weeks. For Custom Formulation, sample development is part of the R&D process. Sample fees may apply and are typically credited against your first order.
Do you handle packaging and labeling?
Yes. We offer complete packaging solutions — primary packaging (bottles, jars, tubes), secondary packaging (boxes, inserts), and labeling. You can provide your own packaging or use our sourcing network. We also offer stock packaging options for lower MOQ projects.
What certifications do you have?
Our facility is GMP certified, ISO 22716 compliant, and FDA registered. We also support cruelty-free manufacturing. Our products can be formulated to meet EU Cosmetics Regulation, Australian AICIS, Health Canada, and other international standards.
Can you formulate for sensitive skin?
Absolutely — this is our specialty. We focus on gentle, dermatologist-friendly formulations that are safe for long-term daily use. We can develop hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, and minimalist formulations for sensitive and reactive skin types.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to 50+ countries worldwide. We can arrange shipping to your warehouse, fulfillment center, or directly to Amazon FBA. We work with trusted freight forwarders for both sea and air shipping.
Will my formula be kept confidential?
Yes. We sign NDAs for all OEM and Custom Formulation projects. Your proprietary formulas are never shared, reused, or disclosed to any third party. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our business.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means we manufacture using YOUR formula. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) / Private Label means you choose from OUR existing formula library and add your brand. Both options include full packaging and labeling services.
